Official Rules

01. Promotion Description

The ClubWPT™ Gold “Wolfgang College Gameday” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on or about April 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends once Wolfgang announces it's over (estimated end of summer 2026) (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may register as “Wolfgang Ambassadors” (“Ambassadors”) and will have the opportunity to earn Prizes (as defined below) by referring new ClubWPT Gold sign-ups for their college or university.

Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Grand Cru Concepts, Ltd., Arch. Makariou Ill & Evagorou, 1-7, MITSI 3, 1st floor, Flat/Office 102, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

02. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who: (i) are signed up as a user of ClubWPT Gold, (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence at the time of entry, (iii) are currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university in the United States, (iv) do not reside in one of the states or countries identified as “Excluded Territories” in the Terms & Conditions found at https://www.clubwptgold.com, and (v) may legally enter and win the Promotion according to the laws of their present location. Individuals are responsible for knowing and complying with such laws.

Officers, directors, official ambassadors and employees of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, licensors, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household of each are NOT eligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize.

* Eligibility to enter and/or claim a Prize may be restricted by ClubWPT Gold for legal and/or regulatory compliance (e.g. a maximum Prize amount of $5,000 in Florida and New York).

03. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter the Promotion by successfully completing the following steps:

• Register as a Wolfgang Ambassador at wolfgangambassador.com by providing their full name, email address, phone number, college/university name, and ClubWPT Gold username.
• Refer other individuals to sign up for ClubWPT Gold using the promotional code WOLFGANG.
• Log each referral through the Ambassador Dashboard at wolfgangambassador.com.

Self-reported referrals are subject to verification by Sponsor. Any referrals that cannot be verified, or that are found to be fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid, will not be counted toward an Ambassador’s total.

04. Referral Verification and Fraud Prevention

All Ambassador referrals are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Ambassador or void any referrals that are found to be: (a) fraudulent, fabricated, or misrepresented; (b) generated through automated means, incentivized sign-ups (e.g., paying individuals to sign up), or any method inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion; (c) duplicate accounts, self-referrals, or referrals from ineligible individuals; or (d) otherwise in violation of these Official Rules or the ClubWPT Gold Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: fraud or suspected fraud, technical failures, insufficient participation, or any other reason that compromises the integrity, administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

05. Prizes and Odds

Winners will be determined based on the total number of verified ClubWPT Gold sign-ups attributed to each Ambassador and their respective college or university during the Promotion Period. The top three (3) schools by total verified Ambassador sign-ups will each be declared the “Winner Schools”.

* Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

06. Publicity Release

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant irrevocably grants the Promotion Entities the right to use such entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and Promotion purposes.

07. General Liability Release / Force Majeure

Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion due to a “Force Majeure” event (fire, flood, earthquake, labor dispute, act of God, public health crisis, etc.).

08. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF NICOSIA, CYPRUS.

Any and all disputes will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS. The arbitration shall be held in Nicosia, Cyprus.
